LOVE the toybox.

I wish the schedule could be more "customizable." We are small and so all our groups go to games together and I can't reflect that on my schedule...which means I have to do the schedules all by hand...takes a lot of time and I am PT peon so I don't mind having to do it...but anything to save me time!

Does anyone know if it possible to have the child's crew exported to excel?

I need that information along with the names to make the name tags and attendance sheet for each crew each night

If not possible, maybe for next year.

thanks

I would also find crew numbers helpful. I don't know if it's possible, since that information is not coming from the registration, but it would be awesome if the two sections could work together.

Another suggestion is to make it easier to register more than one child with the same information.

I would really find it helpful to be able to assign participants to crews without all registration information entered. I got 30 hard copy registrations handed to me the day before VBS was going to start and it took hours to post them electronically so that all of my data was in one place and could be sorted in Excel. If I could have assigned the participants to crews and then gone back to add the remaining info the next day, it would have helped me out an awful lot. So, I guess what I'm asking for is a shortcut (just for directors) to add participants online and to then to be able to assign participants to crews with just a participant's name and grade or age.

Does anybody know?

Is there a way to transfer this year's info to next year's webtoybox?  I want to be able to send out an email around January to all of my volunteers we had for Avalanche Ranch and say basically, that we were so happy to have them last year, if they would like me to go ahead and register them to help with our vbs this coming july to respond.

Or the same with kids, can I just transfer all the info to next year's file.

Or do I keep my same password, and all my info is automatically transferred to next year.

Just another idea for improvement -- our members seemed to have a problem getting into the long web address for our church and our church does not have an updated website of their own where I could have posted a link.

I would like to see Group have a page where parents or volunteers can just enter their city and state and have the participating churches there for them to click on.  (Kind of like how you find a "store location".)

Any idea whether we can sort crew lists by alphabetical order instead of just by Crews.  We thought that a master list would be helpful for when kids arrive on the first day and our greeters can direct them to where there crew is sitting.  If not able to do it now, maybe the VBS crew can think about adding it for 2008.  Thanks again for all your hard work.  WA-HOO!

I could not see the nursery kids when they were registered.  And we need to add Nursery Crew leader to the list and Nursery Caregiver.  Also, when I used the attendance tracker it took a long time.  I would be nice to go down the list checking then hit update.  Other in that I loved it!

I'd hope it is up and available by January since our VBS is over spring break in March.  Will that be possible?  Also, since we charge for VBS and have a PayPal site is there a way to link for payments?
