BCCOB07 (7/12/2007) Josh, can you help me with a powerpoint problem? I am working on my last day of the slideshow, and there is no sound. What do I do?I think that the sound for the Spotlight Drama powerpoint on Day 5 comes from the Sing and Play Stampede Music CD. Is that what you mean?

(A lightbulb lights up) You have to download the Wild Ride! theme song onto the computer that you are using the Spotlight Drama on. Then you can incorporate it into your PowerPoint presentation. Personally I would like the volunteer and registration forms to be a little bit more customizable. Beacuse our church has little "extras" that we add in, it is hard to have volunteers sign up online. For now though, I just put the volunteer forms in the bulletin. Rebecca in CA AMEN to that! We add in a General Store, and I'd love to be able to manually add in that position to the list. Also, as someone else mentioned, the Decorating Team and the Registration team. We also need seamstresses to sew various things and someone to make props. I woul like to be able to customize our needs each year. Also, there are 2 functions that seem to NOT be working. I cannot remove a positions (i.e. Preschool volunteers) that we don't need. (well, I remove them, but next time they just show up again) which is just inconvenient. The biggest glitch is in assigning kids to crews. The program does not assign different ages to each crew. We have crews of all one grade and we have to go in to adjust them manually. Since this was the big "selling point" I used to convince my Registration leader to come back this year, it is a HUGE disappointment that it doesn't work properly. ~Tracy

The primary thing I would like to see changed on the crew assignment area is this....our pre-k's travel in a group to stations, like the big kids, and some of the little sibling really want to be with older siblings. I occassionally assign a pre-schooler to an elementary crew, but have to put them down as a kindergartener to do so, because if they are tagged as pre-k, the program won't let me place them in an elementary group. I need to be able to do this so I know where everyone is, and would love my ages and grades to be accurate, but they aren't because of this.....othewise, I am in love with the toybox....this year was so much easier with it than last! Thank you Group!
