| When I export my participants to Excel, my parent fields get a little wacky. I enter mom and dad's names using an "&" instead of "and" to save some space for when I actually do a printout...well, when this is exported is shows up as " David & Kathy " in the Parent field. I am sure this is a tech glitch, but it is annoying. Anyway to correct this other than re-entering everyone as " mom and dad "??? Thanks in advance for your help!! Kathy

| That & stands for ampersand. There isn't any way to fix it that I know of. It has to do with Excel (and Access) in MS Office, not really with Toybox. However, if you just do a quick search and replace in Excel, you should be able to replace the & with and or & in a few seconds!
