I have two types of crews: elementary and preschool. When I try to put my participants in crews and click on elementary crews everyone gets placed except my kindergarteners. I tried looking to see if they show up in the preschool crews, and they do not. How can I place my kindergarteners in the elementary crews? I didn't have this problem last year. ????????????????????????????????????? THANKS,

| I had this problem too. I fixed it by renaming the crew Kindergarten-Preschool. After I did that I was able to mix the kindergarten & preschool kids. HOpe that helps! God bless!

| Hey Jessica, I'm not sure how that would work. I'm trying to put the kindergarteners in with the elementary. The type of crew that it is, is a choice from a drop down box, so it is not something that I can rename. They have kindergarten a seperate type from elementary. This is really confusing me. I have sent an email to Group's Web Toy Box, but haven't heard back from them. I should be more patient. Anyone out there know what I'm talking about?

We also group our kindergartners with the older kids. If you are using the auto assign feature, after you click on "assign crew participants", click on the tab at the top that has K/Elementary together. This will put the kindergartners with the elementary school age kids. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Got it thanks. I hadn't noticed the tabs on the right. Found the one that said K/Elementary. All is well
