| Anyone else having trouble installing the spotlight drama software on their computer? Mine doesn't want to install. The drive spins and spins and nothing happens. I sent for a new CD thinking mine was defective and that one didn't work either. I just let the secong one go and after about 30 minutes I got a message saying my hard drive was missing a file that the CD needs to install but I have no idea how to find out what it needs. Other programs (including last year's spotlight drama) load just fine. Anyone else had this kind of issue or know how to fix it? Please help. I'd hate to have cut Spotlight Drama out because the kids really enjoy it.

Are you running on a Mac or a PC? If a PC, are you letting it try to install by just putting the CD in the drive and letting "auto run" take over? If so, have you tried going to Start --> Run and then browse for the install.exe (or maybe it's setup.exe) and run it manually to see what happens? Mine loaded fine so I'm not sure what your issue could be. I know you may not like this, but have you tried installing it on another computer? Maybe you'll have to borrow another laptop to get you over the hump. Sorry if none of this is any help and I agree with you about not cutting it. It's the first time we've done Spotlight Drama and the kids are loving it.

| It took me a while (and some tips from a friend who works at Micrososft) but I got it. Apparently Spotlight Drama is incompatible with the latest version of Norton Anti-virus. I shut off Norton and was able to install it. Thanks!
