Hi, friends!! We are gearing up for our week (we are doing Holy Land as a week of camp for 5th & 6th graders) and I wondered how many kids does the 4 candles of sealing wax cover? Does anyone know?

Thanks and many blessings on your VBS'!!

In the catalog it says one stick of wax per Roman Family (which is 10 kids) so that's at least 40 per box.

We only had 20 kids but many kids did more than one and we only used half of one red and half of one gold.  So it seems a little goes a long way.

I still have 8 sticks left, though they are half sticks.  I bought them at Hobby Lobby.  We had 120 kiddos and lots of teens helping.

We averaged about 45 kids with lots of kids doing this every day.  We took the message and verse for the day, and I printed them from my computer on parchment looking scrapbook paper as the example.  Most people thought I wrote them - great time saver.  The kids wanted a scroll with each day's message.  Too cute!

We only used 2 of the sealing wax candles.
