If any of you see the canopy tents go on sale, would you please post where you found them and for how much $?  That would be a huge help!  We don't even get a newspaper, so I rarely see store ads.
Thanks!

Big Lots have canopy tents now for about $60. Cheaper then even Walmart.

On the old board, someone was saying that you could get them at Big Lots and the dollar store for around $15.  Are these $60 ones a lot bigger or something?

From my experience, there are three different price ranges.  The $15 ones are usually the poles with a tarp on the top.  We use one of those. They are nice unless you tend to have any kind of wind.  We got 2 $35 ones at Walmart last year.  They have screened in sides and held up much better.  They are the same size as the others, about 10x10.  The $60-$100 ones are usually easy ups.  They are super easy to put up and much stronger.  They don't come with sides.  Of course this is just basic info.  You can usually find bargains on them, and some are made differently, but this is what we have seen.

I bought a couple of these from Walmart for JM. Used one inside and one outside. This one pictured I used for the "Rose of Sharon" spice shop. The one I used outside was for the games area and it held up pretty good even with a mild wind. I paid only $20 each back then. Maybe they still have them.

Hi everyone! At the beginning of the month, Academy Sports stores offer $25 GC (by request) as a donation to organizations/churches/etc.  I was able to get 4 Academy Sports stores in my location to donate $25 GCs and with the GCs I purchased canopies from their stores.  All you need to provide is a letter on your church's letterhead requesting the GC and what you would be buying.  We got 5 canopies last year for our BV!

Wow.  That is really neat.  I will have to look into that.  We could really use at least one more canopy this year.  Thanks for the info!

I bought one at Big Lots last week for $20 - 10 X 10 - and it looks like the one in Pastor Joe's picture. Since we are inside I don't have to worry about the wind. I thought the price was good - God Bless U All! Wanda

This is our 3rd year, and we have ours outside. So.... (did I mention I live in Kansas?) We,ve tried something new each year due to the horrific winds we seem to get. This year we pulled out the 'Big Guns' and purchased Coleman 12 x 12 tents for about $90 each! Thank God we had a couple give us the money to buy all SEVEN of them!! Maybe they won't blow away this year!! We can always pray............ :-)
