Are you a gifted leader with experience in Creative programming for elementary ministry?

laceName w:st="on">IrvinglaceName> laceName w:st="on">biblelaceName> laceType w:st="on">ChurchlaceType> in Irving TX is looking for a gifted leader who can work with our Children’s Pastor and lead our Elementary ministry staff team.

The right candidate should be able to:

• Model Godly, servant-leadership with staff, interns and volunteers ministering in any of the Early Childhood areas.
• Communicate vision to elementary Directors
• Help Elementary Directors to establish, prioritize and work toward goals through regular meetings that encourage accountability and progress.
• Uphold a high standard of excellence (knowing what this looks like and how to get there).
• Support Elementary Directors, and other staff when necessary to provide targeted training to increase efficiency. Communicate vision to Creative Programming Team.
• Oversee training and implementation of volunteers into large group programming roles. 
• Support Zone and Zone Junior Directors and Large Group areas as “go-to” person.
