YFC (Tuscaloosa, AL) seeks college grad with a heart and calling to youth evangelism. Candidate must be self-starter with ability to communicate with wide variety of kids. Strong leadership abilities a must. Staff will work largely with college age volunteers and implement YFC's Campus Life strategy in a local high school. Must be willing to invest 3 plus years. This is a tremendous challenge and the perfect ministry opportunity for someone who wants to build a ministry and not just maintain. Position is a whole lot of life on life ministry.
