Last year, I didn't know about the web toy box.  It was my first VBS.  This year, it saved my life! WOW!  I can't believe the time saver for registration and a seamless daily check in.  Our VBS will end tonight and registration has been a breeze!  Group, thanks for such an AWESOME tool for VBS!!! I would love and appreciate in the future if there were someone to consider adding an email feature where we can be notified when we have new kids & volunteers registered.  It would be a little easier... =)

Thanks Again,

I agree!  Web Toy Box is wonderful for registration and tracking attendance.  I emailed Group with a suggestion to include an attendance tracker for adult volunteers and received a very nice email back asking that I include that in the Director's survey (which I just completed).  The only "bug" we encountered was that my Director's Assistant (my son) wasn't patient and didn't wait for the attendance tracker to "accept" before he tried moving on.  This created some problems the first couple of days because our count was off (and since my wonderful snack preparation team had a limited time to get everything ready before being bombarded with children, it was very important we give them an accurate count).  Now if I could just convince our Board Members that we need wireless internet (we relied on the wireless internet services of one of our adult volunteers)!
