OK, I was watching the Sing & Play Swamp Stomp video today and noticed something that I have noticed over the past few years. There are certain kids in the video that have grown up doing the videos. I assume they are staff kids, but it reminds me of John Ratzenberger for Pixar. Like in the credits for Cars where Mac says "What kind of cutthroat production is this?"
So, I challenge you Group veterans to go back and see if you can find the kids that have been in several years worth of videos.

| I've noticed that too over the years that I've been with Group's VBS programs. God Bless, Josh

Ariel,
The kit comes with a DVD of the music video. I don't know if you are the director but they should have it. Churches that do not have a band can play the video on a large screen and it has children, pre teens, teens and adults on it singing and doing the motions of the songs. What was posted was that some of people on these videos have been on other years videos.
It has been fun to see how these talented kids have grown over the years. One that I liked was only on a few songs this year.
Hope this helps.

| Some of the same kids appear in Group's other song DVDs and VHS tapes - Faithweaver, Kid's Own Worship, Living Inside Out, etc. I feel as if I've watched them grow up like some kids on TV. Especially that boy with the blond hair..... Are these Group staff members kids?

| Most of them are NOT staff kids, believe it or not. We audition kids in Florida and in parts of Colorado, or wherever we'll be shooting. Some kids are just a delight to work with and do such a great job that we bring them back. A funny story: my 12-year old daughter got a new math teacher last year...who was on the very first Sing & Play music video!! Made me feel old, to say the least.

| My pastor's wife was concerned because the kids in the video are the same size. She felt this might bother some of the other kids and that the kids should show the differences in all of us.

I've really liked that we see kids who look like they're very different from each other, different ages, nationalities, cultures, etc. I like the music video with a story, for variety, but the best is when the kids are just going through life singing their songs. I would like to see even more of older boys doing stuff together, like maybe a football team or a "sandlot" group. Our hardest to reach kids are the older boys, and the more they see kids that look like them worshiping, the more they can identify and connect with God.
It's fun to see some of the same faces year after year, and I, too, thought they were probably staff kids.
