If you wish to voice a complaint or a concern about a product you purchased from Group, please live out the spirit of Jesus’ words in Matthew 18 when he encouraged direct, person-to-person interaction. Contact Group at 1-800-447-1070.
(We also like positive feedback too!)
Blessings!

| Just wanted to say thanks to the two reps who called me (one in response to an e-mail and one in response to a forum post) to try to help me with my Spotlight Drama CD that wouldn't run. I was really impressed, particularly since we use the Catholic edition and therefore didn't buy directly from Group!

| My first thing to say is I Love Group! God shines through every activity and lesson you do in your program and we will use it for years to come, I'm sure. I wanted to take a moment to enter a heart-felt plea... Would Group please, please, please consider dropping food as a supply in stations other than snack? We run a VBS with 180-200 kids, and allergies are a serious concern for us. It is possible to set up an area in snack where parents can inspect packaging, leave alternative snack, etc. No worries there. The stations seem to throw us for a loop ever year. There is always a parent caught by surprise (although I email them) by Matzo crackers in Bible Adventures, candies in Chadder, and so on. It is very hard to get information out there about this, and with life-threatening allergies, I'm very concerned that a child will accidentally ingest something she/he shouldn't. You have such a creative team, I'm sure you can come up with alternative activities that don't involve the use of food! Thanks, Kirsten Merryman
