Is it possible to upload a document to the web toy box site? I'd like parents to have the ability to download and print out a PDF information letter once they've registered their kids.

You could put a link up to the PDF on the homepage of your Web Toy Box or on the Registation page of your Web Toy Box. I don't think you could put it on something to show after they register.
