| I've been pondering this for a while and was wondering what advice Youth Pastors would give me. I feel that God has really blessed me with many talents, spiritual gifts, interests, and passions. So much so that I can't do everything because there's not enough time in a day. I know that God wants me to be a good steward of what He has given me but I just don't have enough time to entertain all of these talents in my life. What do I do? Do I choose only some and forget about the others? God Bless, Josh

I'd say you bloom where you're planted. Do the tasks apparent and at hand. Encourage others. Teach. But, remember to rest and spend time with God as well. Balance in your life is important. You can't do everything. Sometimes doing is not as important as being. Do what you can do well, then trust God to tend to the rest.

Wow, i know that feeling. Chances are you are not going to be using all of your talents at the same time. Work where you are with the skills that you have, but don't kill yourself overworking yourself. Your talents and skills may change drastically over the years, but keep going forward with what you know and are doing, and rely on God. When you continue to delight yourself in Him, He will steer you in the right direction by giving you the passions and desires of your heart. Passions and desires that will come from Him and that He will use to guide your life. Remember, your giftings have been given to you by God. He knows how to best utilize them.
