| Finished day 4 - yawn I need a nap. After the first rotation, we changed up the method of "serving" the "passover". It took FOREVER to hand out parsley, cracker, juice... We grabbed some 4 inch paper plates and put a bit of parsley, a bit of cracker and the little cup of juice on each plate. These were sat out on the floor with the flicker candles in the middle - the room was semi dark, so, the kids walked in to see the meal all set up and ready for them. This set up made thing ssoooooo much smoother, and there was a plate right there for half the kids to spit the parsley out onto

Thanks for the idea. I'm just getting ready to start this week and was wondering how that was going to work out.

| I had four teen assistants who really were fantastic. We had everything pre-dished using little plastic tumblers and paper plates. Each one had a basket that they helped to keep stocked all morning. That way each crew had their own tasting samples. I did make a jug of salt water ahead of time so we just had to pour new cups in between each rotation.
Pictures taken on vacation at Lake Junaluska, NC.

We had 4 adults and two teens and still were using up all of our time
When sitting up a "table", it worked better for us to seat them as one group. We used the cross that is in our tile floor as the "table" and the kids sat around it.
Here are a couple of pics...
