| Hi, I was wondering how to incorporate the Bible stories into the intro each day. I am a first-timer and don't want to miss anything or discourage interest. Any advice, input, suggestions will be very much appreciated. Thanks!!! CraftyMomma

| If you have the Craft Leaders guide, they give you suggestions on what to say to introduce the craft for the day if you're using Group's crafts. Whether we're using Group's craft or our own, I always re-write my intro to fit our needs, and try to make reference to the day's Bible Verse and Bible Point (to get the kids to respond with FEAR NOT). I think I made brief reference to the actually Bible Story most days, but that's all (Remember, some kids may have been to Bible Bayou before coming to Crafts and others will go there after Crafts). I'd be happy to e-mail you what I used and you can pull from it what works for you. Diane dajj001@aol.com

If you're writing your own intro, remember that some kids won't have been to the Bible adventure...and you may not want to give away certain "surprise" details of the Bible story. So check to be sure the Bible leader doesn't have any surprises he or she doesn't want let out of the bag just yet.

| Diane, Thanks for the suggestions and if you are still willing, I would appreciate a peak at what you have. Like I said, I am new and a little nervous. My email is mckinneygirls@hotmail.com . Jody, thanks for that reminder. I'll check with our bible story leader to make sure I don't give anything away. Blessings, Deidra
