I belong to a small MOPS group in Colorado and we have chosed the Hands on cirriculum for our MOPPETS.. Thats our children that are being cared for while we have an enriching meeting.  We wanted something that would create excitement and a great learning resource to the bible. My question is we only meet twice a month and for only 2 1/2 hours. Does anyone have any ideas on how to squeeze this together, to get all at least bible stories in? Which activities would provide the best experience?

thank you

Hi, Cynthia: I just want to make sure I understand. It sounds like your MOPS meetings last for about 2 1/2 hours each time and that you meet twice a month. Is that right?

If so, it sounds like HOBC would work great for Moppets! HOBC is designed for each weekly lesson to last for about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. Since you're meeting every other week, you can combine two lessons into one week. You wouldn't lose any of the continuity and you'd still be able to get through all the material.

Does that help? Or did I misunderstand completely?
