| How would you define Kids Church vs. Children's Ministry? Or do you consider them the same thing? For example, when a volunteer is asked if they could help with Harvest Festival but they say they thought they were only volunteering for Sunday School when they signed up. It seems to me that in this example Sunday School is just what it says (Sunday) and everything else is children's ministry. What are your thoughts?

Our Children's Ministry team recruits using job description for all our recurring program positions like Sunday School and Bible Studies. The job descriptions specify that you are to serve at our special events like a Fall Festival. However, we have a separate sign up for those special events.
