We are beginning to use our older students to mentor younger students in small groups under adult guidance. We are wanting to put together a list of expectations to help set them up for a "win." Any resources or ideas out there to help us train and equip these students to succeed?

I highly recommend Doug Field's Help! I'm a Student Leader. It's an awesome book that your teens will love and be able to take away information to use in their leadership. Simply Youth Ministry also have other resources to help your student leaders. www.simplyyouthministry.com
