How do you remain active and successful but at the same time your family has grown and is more of a priority than before.  My husband and I are the Children's Ministers in our church and are having our first child in March.  We handle everything from VBS, Sunday School, Children's Church, Nursery/Preschool...We are starting to delegate but wondered if anyone else has ideas, advice how to make all of this work..

One of the things that I have done in the past is envolve my kids as musch a possible as they grew up.   I had helpers but too but getting the kids from babies being with you .   They learn to be very patient kids and love to serve as well.   ITs been amazing .  My oldest just graduated this pass may and he love to serve as well as the other 3 kids.

God bless

Doreen
