Has anyone ever had difficulty moving from a typical curriculum to "Living Inside Out"?  For us, this is a paradigm shift in presentation on Sunday Morning.

Going from traditional age-graded classrooms to a large-group/small-group model can be a big shift. If you don't hear from anyone on this message board in a few days, please contact your local Group representative at 1-800-447-1070. We can see about having you speak with a Group Ambassador who is doing Living Inside Out in their church and how they made the change.

What curriculum did you change from?   The best way to make change is to just take the curriculum apart and then do a mock lesson with your teachers ....everyone using their books...it should only take you 1 hour...just do it together...it really helps..training on this Living Inside out really helps....Do you have some questions I could help you with...I have used this curriculum and would love to help you...you can also call me on my cell and talk...503-330-6904 (Esther Boley REAL Ambassador for Group)  I live on the west coast...Portland OR

We didn't use living inside out but we did change from the more traditional age based groups to a large group/small group curriculum and we did have some people not like it.  We only asked them to give it a chance for one month then we would get together as teachers and discuss.  After the one month most all the teachers loved the new format we did have a few teachers leave but the ones that stayed were the dedicated ones.  I would suggest you ask the teachers to give the curriculum an honest try for one month and see how that works.

Hope that helps and good luck!
