PromiseLand West is a four year old non-denominational church in Austin, TX with over 700 worshipers and well over 1,300 attendees. The church was founded by Randy Phillips, of the music group Phillips, Craig and Dean, and his wife, Denise. PLW is on path to provide a new form of family ministry that addresses the issues, stages, roles and interactions of all family members to draw them into an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ and one another. We are only considering very experienced “A players” who get the concept of ministering to the family as a whole. They must self initiate and lead in a “think outside the box” environment. This is an opportunity to lead the ministry the way they dreamed God would design it today. We want a visionary who can deliver excellence in ministry. PromiseLand West invests in our youth and will compensate at the top of the compensation range for that exceptional person.
