Position: Director of Youth and Family Ministries
Status: Full Time, salaried with Benefits
Reports to: Senior Pastor
Purpose: Support a Christ centered culture for our Church’s ministry to youth (middle school through college age), connecting, engaging, inspiring and equipping youth and their families for Christian life and leadership. We are a 1200 member Lutheran congregation in north suburbs of Baltimore with 40 to 70 youth involved at various levels. Work with a staff team, including two pastors, a full time director of Children's ministry, music director and contemporary worship leader. We believe very much in the involvement of parents.
