I am the full-time youth minister at First Baptist Church of Concord, NC and have recently been told I'm losing my job here because of our church's financial situation on June 1 of this year. In June, I will have 5 years total experience and will have a Master of Divinity in Christian Education. I am interested in serving the Lord in a full-time youth ministry position at a Baptist church. My strengths are organization skills and relationship-building. I love the Lord and I love teenagers. JOB DESCRIPTION
The International Church of Prague, an interdenominational Evangelical church in the Czech Republic, is seeking to hire a full-time youth pastor with strong cross cultural experience, trained in biblical principles, qualified in youth ministry, gifted in organizational and cooperative strategies, and blessed with a network of financial and prayer support.
The youth pastor will provide leadership, pastoral support, and oversight to a vision-driven ministry, Youth Praha. The candidate will be responsible for the community's youth ministry, which includes: weekly meetings, relational ministry, outreach, missions, and walking alongside these internationally mobile adolescents as they journey to know Christ. Previous youth pastor was also responsible for outreach Bible clubs for primary school students.
Position includes stipend, but candidate must raise majority of financial support.
