| | How about when the UPS man (aka Santa) comes and leaves a package and the kids can't wait for you to open it because they know it's for VBS. Your family of course assumes that all packages that come to the house are for VBS. |

| | When you walk into the church office and before you say a word, the seceratary looks at you and says, sorry, there are no new VBS packages or yes, I put the stuff in your office. When your children, sisters and brothers start naming their stuffed animals after the VBS Bible Buddies. When your brother looks at you and says, "Your are still on that forum?" (I reply, no I just got on...for the 5th time today)

| | When your handyman brother-in-law starts asking in December what he will be building for your decorations that year. (He built our jeep for ST, a podium for me to stand on last year, and will be buiding me a wagon for this year. Plus, he donates all of the materials and labor!) When you have to schedule other family events around your VBS meetings and decoration workshops!

| At our house it's the other way around. People can't go in the garage or park their cars (sorry mom and dad) until VBS is over for the year.

| | You know you are a Groupie when... You no longer look at hoolahoops as a childs toy, instead you see them as wagon wheels! You have to be grounded from the computer for failure to fulfill your other responsibilities! (who cares that my laundry had piled up, the sink was full of dishes, and the children hadn't had a bath in weeks....just kidding it wasn't that bad!)

| ....when you plan your summer vacation around the VBS theme!...
(After Lava Lava Island we went ot Hawaii....after AR we are headed to a ranch!)
....when you plan your summer vacation to visit someone else's VBS!
(Last year we went to visit (Re)Joyce and her family and attend their VBS for a day!....how cool is that!?)
