My vacation is always AFTER VBS...I"m always a little jealous when people take off for vacation right after school ends...But I love having it after VBS because I can truly relax...

...when you plan your family's vacation AFTER VBS.  (I'm w/Mindy)

The years I did not have to sit on the beach and think, "I really should be painting a volcano..." are much better.  Like this year.  We are doing an apartment decoarating contest (there are 4 of us who rent apartments on the beach) guess what my theme is??

...when you turn your beach front apartment western for 2 weeks.

Do you think cowboy boots on the beach will work?

PJ, have you ever tried walking on the beach in your boots??

HUH! Who takes vacation time? The next years theme is announced in July, so don't you move right into the next theme and decorations?  geeeze.

This years Groupie thought "If it's not going to be Group VBS then it isn't a REAL VBS program".

...when the first thing you do from your vacation in July is check the computer for the next years theme before answering the 159 emails you have.

I can never find out the theme unless I drive 30 minutes home from the beach and check the computer; or go door to door to vacationing rentals asking for a laptop because I am a Groupie Junkie....

It's fun to come home and see how many posts there are on the new theme already!!  Most have not even finished their actual VBS's!

...when you can't stay away from that "2008 Theme Announced" thread hoping you get a clue that will confirm or deny your suspicions!

Unless Josh's "" is a clue!

As much as you want to step away from VBS for just one year, you just keep coming back because......

1.  You love it too much

2.  You would miss the kids too much.

3.  and the list goes on and on and on
