Can anyone tell me. Is there a way on the toybox to print out all the info of the participants including their addresses. I save these each year so that I may send out letters to all past participants to register for the current years vbs.

   Thanks & God Bless,

       Vanessa

Vanessa,

I checked out the toybox because I too save the information from year to year. The only thing I see that has a link to print out is the participant list. I guess if we want the detailed registration form printed we will have to go back and forth and print each sheet out separately. That will be a little work!:w00t:

Presently you can print out the participant list. However, we're working on creating an export function, so you could export all information to an Excel spreadsheet.

that would be fantastic!  Then you could do mail merges and stuff to do all kinds of things.

That would be wonderful. We like to keep the sign-up sheets for future references

I would not plan on the web tox saving information from year to year.

I would not risk lossing it. <img src="http://forums.group.com/Skins/Blue/Images/EmotIcons/w00t.gif" width=20 border=0>

It seems easy to export to excess all of the information.

Then you can save it to do all kinds of things. I use the stuff in excel to make daily name tages, postcards to see after VBS, and then to have the names for the mailing the next year.

If anyone needs help with excell let me know, I may ba able to help

We exported our list and printed it, but it printed it off on 5 pages (each participants name and info. is spread out hortizonally, so it spreads across 5 pages and you have to line up all 5 in order to get all the info.)  Did I explain this right?  Anyway, it's difficult to read and wondered if there is another way?

It sounds like you need to change the settings in excel

This is the hide fuction in excel if you click on the top of the column, for any columens you may not need. this will hide it from the screen and also from printing out.

Open up the document and then click on print setup

Then click on page setup and then landscape. Here is were you can play with the size and how things print out. You may also want page break, this will take you back to the original sheet and you can click and drag the blue line to the last coloum you want to print.

I know this is confussing but play with it a little, and let me know how it goes.

Have fun

What format would like the data in?   If you wanted a one page per person format you could take the excel spreadsheet and do a mail merge in word with it.
